Key Responsibilities
Help with the measurements of quantities for materials and labour needed for our projects.
Assist with preparing bills of quantities.
Support in estimating costs for projects.
Help prepare and issue tender documents.
Assist in evaluating tender returns.
Learn how to manage contracts and monitor compliance.
Help maintain records of variations and claims.
Assist with preparing interim valuations for payment.
Help track project expenditure and assist in preparing cost reports.
Attend construction sites to monitor progress and check quantities.
Learn how to liaise and work with site management and contractors.
Keep project documentation organised and up to date.
