Watson Homes worked with One Manchester to transform the former Moston Campus. Ashley Lane is a three-acre site located in Manchester, bringing affordable homes to the area.

The site accommodates 50 homes, comprising a mixture of two and three-bedroom homes, all of which are affordable housing with options to rent and buy. The homes have off-road parking as well as landscaped front gardens and private rear gardens.

The scheme won the ‘Social Housing Development of the Year’ at the Insider North West Property Awards 2025.
